1. Crew Application & Recruitment
- Crew mengajukan lamaran dengan mengirimkan CV melalui WhatsApp maupun website resmi.
- Admin melakukan verifikasi serta validasi dokumen (sertifikat, buku pelaut, paspor, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya).
- Data kandidat tersimpan dalam Crew Database berbasis Seafarer Code, yang dapat diperbarui kapan saja dan digunakan untuk jangka panjang.
2. Screening & Interview
- HR/Crewing Officer melakukan seleksi awal berdasarkan pengalaman dan kelengkapan sertifikat.
- Proses wawancara dilakukan secara online oleh agency.
- Kandidat yang dinyatakan lolos akan dilanjutkan ke tahap seleksi oleh Owner/Principal.
3. Document Processing
- Pengurusan dokumen tambahan seperti visa, endorsement, flag state, dan medical check-up.
- Koordinasi perjalanan meliputi tiket, keberangkatan, serta kebutuhan embarkasi.
4. Pre-Joining Preparation
- Crew mengikuti pre-joining briefing sebagai persiapan sebelum keberangkatan.
- Penyerahan dokumen lengkap kepada agency.
- Konfirmasi jadwal keberangkatan secara final.
5. Onboard Placement
- Crew bergabung di kapal sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
- Monitoring dilakukan melalui laporan dari Master/Principal.
